REVIEW:
The working poor lost millions in home equity,
never to see again. They lost their IRA’s, or had
their retirements vanished into thin air. They lost
their jobs. They lost their house. The rank and file
were left with suicide, bankruptcy, foreclosure,
insolvency, divorce, family breakups and no hope
for the future with soon to be five bucks a gallon gas.

So, tell me what in the hell have our politicians been doing for the last twelve years besides
eating crab and lobster for lunch? Oh, that’s right. They rewarded all the thugs that caused
the above disasters to American families by providing non-accountable billions in bailouts
and luscious bonuses for crooked CEO's, all on the taxpayer’s dime.

The same congresses that authorized shoveling billions out the back door of the Capitol
Building to the corrupt power broking monsters, also gave billions and billions to corrupt
power broking monster dictators all over planet earth. The dictators denied the aid for their
constituents, and put it in their own private Swiss Accounts.

Congress is rebuilding foreign countries at the tune of billions a day, while most Americans
can’t get the potholes in front of their house fixed, if they even have a house. The billions go
to the same countries that hate our guts, and brag about killing us.  Our government will
spend trillions on worldwide infrastructure for ingrates that will just blow it up.

When is “Our” government, going to get their head out of their ass, and listen to the good
We The People” that lift and tote with the sweat of our brow, to get their outlandish taxes
paid?   When will we as a nation once again get a backbone, grow some testicles and stand
up and say, “You’re Fired Congress.” When will Congress actually do something significant
and immediately to help struggling American workers and families from coast-to-coast.

It is count-down to election 2012, and you better figure out the person you are voting for, or
we will just get more of the same. Nothing changes, when nothing changes. If the Status Quo
is voted back in, then you deserve to pay your taxes to see corrupt business and foreign
murderous dictators reap the benefits of your day-to-day toil. You work your ass off, and
they spend our money.
Hello, my name is Michael Dollins, and I simply go by Mike.  I started this PQ Press in November
12, 2010 the day I turned 65 years old.   Besides the many things I’ve done in life, writing was a
great outlet for me to express what I was feeling.  I was first published in 3rd grade in a
Teachers Journal, and found that my style attracted readers, whereas over the decades I’ve
been published all over the world in many medias.  On the previous pages are many of the
articles that were published recently, and archived for you if you like to read.

After building this web site in the still of winter, spring neared and the fellows in my Blues Band,
The Cruize Brothers called me up, and just like in the movie Blues Brothers said, “Were putting
the band back together.”   We took a little break after some tough road trips.   I’ve not written
much on political satire since December, as I also journalize on Jazz and Blues.  I had to put my
music hat on, and shuffle on down the boogie trail keep up on what’s going on in blues.  If you
are into music, check out the links in the upper right corner.  Thank you.

I wanted to write lately about that gas prices that crawled up my pants leg, and gnawed my ass
like a summer tick after my blood.  Music and family always dominate my life, but I finally wound
up with a week (Mother’s Day week) with minimal music activity, and a little free time.  What gave
me the motivation to write was two fold.  The little bit next door to the left about “Working Poor”
received a massive amount of feedback on FaceBook this week.  Secondly, my youngest
daughter called up in tears frustrated about her mortgage going up.  Upon asking her some
questions, it was a simple fact that her mortgage loan payment didn’t go up; it was the home
insurance and county taxes that went up.

Her mortgage rate is fixed, but the intangible, as always, are the thieves called mortgage
insurance companies and municipal taxes.  Uncontrolled and unregulated, this two behind the
scene predators are not fixed items a person can standardize into a family budget.  Without
warning, or fore notice, insurance and taxes on a home can be raised indiscriminately, and on
an impulse to any limit they judge to be what they need to skim off American families.

The so called “Loan Adjustment” or modifications are the biggest joke ever to be heaped on the
American public struggling to keep their families with a roof over their heads and food on the
table.  I personally investigated a few of these scam jobs, and the process is just another “lip
service” feel good process that should be investigated.  Most results for an average American
family seeking a loan modification are just fuzzy feel good semantics, with no tangible results for
the majority.  Mortgage lenders are so unscrupulous that even with bailout money, they
manipulate the public to squeeze every drop of blood out of them, leaving a couple pints to allow
good folks to sustain life.   Did you know our government has a complaint department that will
listen to your complaints about Mortgage loan company abuses?  I’ve written them to see what
happens.  As typical with most government subsidiaries, “All show and now go.”  I got a lip
service letter in return.
Think I’m full of it, and don’t know what I am talking about?  Please, do not take my word for it,
and educate yourself like I did.  A seldom, or never to reach mainstream media news worthy info
at:

American families by the millions are in a hand-to-mouth mode, and are just two steps away from
homelessness.  There are hundreds of thousands of families that are just making interest
payments only on their homes, just to keep from losing them.   Many families are about two
paydays away from ruination and insolvency.   So why is Congress passing out the American’s
hard earned income tax dollars to corrupt big business, and foreign dictators that use the
billions to commit more genocide?   Payola, graft and greed are the ethics of the day.  I
personally feel that too many powerful people in business and public office have their internal
compass skewed from true magnetic North, by deterioration of morality and the crumbling of
ethics.  Cover-ups, lies and deceit are the their mode of operations, as they know the American
public is as gullible as a lamb following the goat to the slaughterhouse.  We believe what the tell
us.  Right?

What does it take to get Americans off their ass?
We all need to stand up and say, “enough.”  In 1913,
Woodrow Wilson sold us out to the English Rothschild’s
that already owned England. Thus the beginning of the
Federal Reserve with the New York Morgan’s and
Rockefeller’s keeping an eye on the shop for the Rothschild’s.
Then we help EU fight WWI that we had no business being in.
When the troops got back home, they and their families lost
everything they had in the Great Depression.  We get dragged
into WWII, and with unemployment at a high rate, US Army
looked like a good job with three square meals and bunk in 1941.
Then we get dragged into Korea, then Viet Nam and a menagerie of other unauthorized wars that
Congress never approved all over the world up to the moment.   We’ve been in a holy war with the
Middle East since Thomas Jefferson landed the Marines on the shores of Tripoli back in the 18th
century.  He got our kidnapped citizens, and ships back but was wise to avoid continued fighting
with a civilization that has a culture of at least four thousands years of fighting and turmoil non-
stop.

During the Oil Crisis in the 1970’s, we were told by the best and brightest of those running
business and our government, that our number one goal for our country was to get out of
dependency of Middle East oil.  It was so cheap, and like taking candy from a baby for over a
hundred years.  The sultans and dictators wised up with the chump change payola from England
and the USA.  They took the pay offs, and started their own fraternity of brotherhood to control the
world.  Now they had our money, and their money too.   Up until the 19th century gold controlled
the world, and found decline with the industrial revolution.  Then with steam, shipping and railroads
controlled the world with global distribution of goods.  At the turn of the 20th century steel realized
you couldn’t build empire buildings and titanic ships without steel, and they took over power.  That’s
the way it was up until the boom of the automobile industry in the golden age fifties.  Rock & Roll,
V8 engines, Disneyland and vacation time on their hands, Americans were seeing the USA in their
Chevrolet’s.   The auto industry and auto unions set the pace for all business models globally.
Even with the jet age of the sixties and seventies, automobiles were the passion of Americans.  In
1950 there was one car per family.  Now a family of four can have up to four cars.

All was fine until the oil crunch hit in the mid-seventies.  Next to nothing prices for high octane, pure
premium leaded gas for our monster V8 engines was over.  When I started driving in 1963, gas was
.25 cents per gallon. Same as pack of cigarettes.  In 1973 it leaped from around .49 cents to a
dollar, and never went back below the world standard of a dollar.  Forty years later, and we are still
addicted to Middle East oil.  So, how much have our political leaders been deceiving us about
finding a solution to OPEC grasping the United States by our short hairs, and yanking us around at
their will?   Oh, do you think our leaders have a lot of investments and stock in “Big Oil” business
ventures?  A possibility, don’t you think?  Now you can’t raid your own chicken house you know.

No matter what your persuasion is in life, how you view politics, religion and the human experiment,
we all have one thing in common; we are all extremely pissed off about gasoline jumping from $1.79
to $4.29 in the matter of three months.  If you want, and need have gas at five bucks a gallon, then
how about a gradual increase over time, to allow the shockwave to be slowly absorbed into the
United States public, private and family budgets.   You know how it goes? First gas, then food,
services and commodities, then taxes, then reeducation in public benefits your taxes were
legislated for, but will never see the light of day.

For forty, now listen to that again “40” years we have been whining, and sniffling about distancing
ourselves from OPEC and foreign oil that controls our very livelihood and dictates our way of life.  I
for one have had to curtail my activities I enjoy, just to keep a lid on how much money I spend on
gas.  Please, do not be so gullible to really think that our government will do one thing to alleviate
the current gas crisis.  Remember sales at the pump generate federal, state and local taxes.  The
politicians are not going to kill the scared cow.

The whole process of oil, refinery and distribution is as complicated as the IRS income tax system
we were promised would be simplified twenty years ago.  Remember, “Lip Service,” is the mode of
operation for our political leaders.  Their thinking is always, tell them what they want to hear, and
then do what ever it takes to stay in power at all cost to the American public.  Sorry, that’s the way I
feel about.
Milk, bread, beans, rice, electric and gas are making record profits, receive
US Government corporate welfare in the billions, and working families are
struggling to get fuel in their cars to make it to work. Now that is what I call
a fair and just system if you happen to be a CEO getting the million dollar
bonuses for bilking the government for more money. For the working poor
families, they are stressing out on their mortgage payments, property taxes
and insurance. Tell me I am wrong, and you need to go back to the planet
you are from, get your head out of your butt, look around and wise up.

Americans have had three centuries of professional politicians promising us all pie in the sky, only for them to
be bought and paid for by corporate greed, and encrusted in filthy lucre.  Like the emperor’s new suit of cloths,
(invisible cloth), modern politicians lack the ability to see their self, as others see them – for what they are really
worth.   More pious than actors, say good morning and a politician will run their credits down for you – Real or
imagined in their mind.

The JP Morgan’s and Rockefellers that sold out the American Working poor in 1913 to a modern form of
indentured servitude, we need leaders that will get the USA back to the glory days of power, richness and hope
for all.  Why not?  We need new leaders that cannot be bought out by corporate enticements, and have the
power to tell the evilness of malfeasance that most professional politicians are incapable of confronting by
saying, “Get thee behind me.”

I read all the bull shit I see plastered all over in print and electronic media by famous talking heads, and
average Joe and Jane’s.   Even though the thought pattern is widely diverse like American’s choice of breakfast
cereals, and ranges from pragmatic concepts to twilight zone whacko delusions, all can agree that what is going
on in Washington DC is NOT working.  No show of hands needed here.

When billions are steam-shoveled out the back doors of the Federal Reserve to prop up corrupt, greedy
corporations that have historically practiced predatory pricing, and worked scams as low as sidewalk hustlers in
the streets of New York, and uncontrolled for decades with our government turning a blind eye – time has
arrived for real serious change for the sake of working poor families that are in over heads with indebtedness
to the corporations.  You know; the common folks that live in between Los Angeles and New York, trying to
keep a roof over their families heads and food on the table.

As a business the US Federal Government has failed by their own smug attitude that they are never
accountable, and regardless of win, lose or draw, the politicians retire to green pastures with lucrative medical
and retirement plans called golden parachutes. This form of employ is the only system ever known to social
human evolution that endorses those in the positions to acquire personal wealth and benefits as a reward for
ineptness and total failure.   Unlike privately funded business enterprises that have business models for
contracts, terms and good faith ethic letters on file that executives must rigorously meet in order to succeed in
a pay for performance gain, politicians make personal gains for being in place, not for their actions that lead to
any form of success.

In the last ten years the cost for all commodities, fuel, durable goods, food, water and energy have reached
record-breaking high water marks.  The corporations have wreaked land-breaking profits.  Even with extreme
record profits, that wasn’t enough.  Corporations then contrived devious ponzi schemes, and reached down
deeper until they killed the golden goose, as uncontrolled greed will do that to you.  You can hunt buffalo as
long as there is one left standing.

Regardless of whom may think they are in control over the destiny of the United States, the mass of working,
tax paying citizens are at the highest risk of failure since the Great Depression brought on by Woodrow Wilson-
isam.   A country that has an addiction to money gained in war profiteering will follow the path of the Roman
Empire.  When the wars have all been fought, then the constituents will not be able to afford and support the
swollen indulgence of centuries of decadence.   Sorry, just read your history.

Since we all know our history, why then are we headed down the path to repeat what the Roman Empire
succumbed and crumbled to well over a thousand years ago?  Beyond the militaristic nation syndrome for
elongated sustenance of the society, the current United States pampas ass “save the planet,” new world order
mind-set is not in the accepted wisdom of the rank and file just making room and board by lifting and toting the
stone blocks to build the pyramids of American corporate prosperity.

There is money to be made globally, hidden behind the façade of diplomatic endeavors, by dabbling and
pestering unstable nations that are two steps from the Bronze Age.   Intervene, and reap the spoils.  Same as
the Roman Empire.  Only thing different, the Roman Empire honored their soldiers, and prospered them with
wealth and riches gained in their worldwide conquest.  To the victors, goes he spoils.  Soldiers first, then bring
back the lion’s share for the elitists and royals.  The US Government can’t even keep American Military families
in housing, food and benefits.  Then on return from the battlefields the good folks that swore an oath until
death to defend America must fight and scrap for every crumb that falls their way.

Deep down, I hope Donald Trump wins.  It is what those in power deserve.  The Nations leaders know the US
Constitution is an antiquated document on lambs skin, that was written by hemp smoking, whiskey headed
English rebels that were having pipe dreams of a la la land where all men were created equal, but the real
power of the country was to go to the people.  To revolt a monarchy, with royals dictating what your life is all
about, a new spin on a Greek concept for liberty and freedom for all humans was launched as the great human
experiment for a society.  Left unchecked, as the system for balance has broken down over time with only the
unwritten checks and balance form – Free Press, remaining in tact.  Oh boy, does that still scare the crap out
of the power brokers that have had their way since the Woodrow Wilson era.  Keep your name out of the
paper, is how they run under the radar these days.

When our current trend of government leaders pander to foreign powers, provide aid in the billions globally,
support corrupt big business and waste hard earned tax payers money on frivolous nonsense, and they can’t
figure out why folks can’t stand their ass, you know hey are aloof.  While the working poor families of the United
States are suffering from payday to payday, and are fixed in a hand to mouth mode brought on my ineptness
and callousness, those in power do not give one damn moment of care to those that were granted the total
supreme power by the US Constitution.  Well, except at campaign time.  Then they kiss our ass, and lie their
teeth out on us.   We live in an inverted pyramid were those that are declared public servants, are actually the
tyrants that dish out and spread their pestilence to those they are supposed to serve.  Many American are at
the poverty level, or declared debt unworthy by unconstitutional credit rating agencies.   The big business that
got bail out money, are still flying high with excellent credit, money in the bank and dodged the bullet of
bankruptcy, unlike American families that had no other alternative.
